Why Choose me and what exactly do all those letters behind my name mean?

CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) is similar to a Masters degree as it involves higher level of education combined with proven track record of experience.  Less than 1.5% of all Realtors Nationwide qualify for this certification.  It is the highest.

GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) is similar to a Bachelor Degree as it involves a high level of education with an increase in skill level.  A Realtor with a GRI designation offers more expertise than your average Realtor.

MRP (Military Relocation Professional) is similar to a community college trade school certificate one might get for Welding, Electrician, or a specific training like that.  The purpose of this degree is to educate Realtors on the unique aspect of working with the Military, understanding the VA Loan process and how to help our veterans obtain a home regardless of their status.  As a veteran myself with 27+ years of service, I have lived this entire process and know it from experience.

C2EX (Committed to Excellence) is a National Association of Realtors Designation to those very few Realtors who have a history of excellence and dedicated to continuing.  Why choose anyone who isn't the best?

Luxury Home Certified is a very specific training on how to market luxury homes in the top 1% value/price.  This training enables me to market the cheapest home just like I would a several million dollar home using the tools provided by this training.

All the above certifications (CRS, GRI, MRP, Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) are all certified by the National Association of Realtors and are the only way to distinguish one Realtor from another to determine their qualification.
